Return & Refund Policy – Rich Phone

At Rich Phone, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy strictly for manufacturing defects.

Returns are accepted only if:
• The device has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• The device is in its original condition with original packaging.
• All accessories, cables, and included items are returned.
• A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Please note:
• Physical damage, misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or software-related issues are not covered.
• Opened or used accessories are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Like New (pre-owned) devices are covered only for functional manufacturing defects after inspection.

All returned products will be inspected by the Rich Phone team.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers must contact Rich Phone support before returning any product.
